Have you ever wondered which microphone would really make your voice shine? Or dreamed about getting behind the mic in one of Chicago’s top recording studios? Here’s your chance!

This event includes three hours of hands-on studio time, with a professional audio engineer. You’ll have the opportunity to record a single piece of copy into a bunch of different mics, and then listen back in the control room and compare how each one shapes your unique sound. Bring your own mic if you’d like to see how it stacks up, or just bring yourself and try out what the studio has to offer. After the main event, feel free to stick around and enjoy some drinks and snacks with your fellow VAs!
